Great News for Freak Kriek! We just received a message from our Swedish distributor about a new and nationwide
listing!
Freak Kriek will be available in nearly every outlet from System Bolag! The product will be available at the end of August!
Systembolag is the Swedish alcohol monopoly system. All products stronger than 3,5 % alc. must be sold through this system. Supermarkets are allowed to sell alcoholic products up to 3,5 % alc.
A nationwide listing is a pretty big step for a small brewery, so I can see why this was worth sharing. Getting Freak Kriek into so many Systembolag shops would make it much easier for people in different parts of Sweden to come across the product instead of having to look for a specific store. I also found the explanation of how Systembolag works useful, especially the difference between what supermarkets can sell and what has to go through the state-run system. It’s interesting to see how those local market rules can affect where a product is available. Posts like this also show how much planning goes into getting a product into a new market, which is something students working…
I'm kinda stuck with my nursing dissertation topics 2022 and honestly, non-alcoholic options like Freak Kriek are exactly what I need to get through this research! I’ve been needing something refreshing but not too strong to keep me focused. Can’t wait to see it in Systembolag at the end of August—this could be a game changer for sure!
