Tree Hugging Wood Chopping Mother Nature Loving IPA

Tree Hugging IPA Label-Award_WEB.jpg

We all should hug a tree more often. That’s a scientific fact. Now you can conveniently and safely do it without stepping in to the wild and face bears and other scary things. Just sip this beautifully balanced IPA, which has been matured on a bed of American Oak chips. Brewed with Centennial, Mosaic and Citra hops it delivers very fresh citrus taste, which is nicely combined with pine tree flavour, and then followed by malty backbone. The long lasting after taste comes with hints of wood and vanilla. Damn that sounds good!

Flip Flopped White Socked Strong Hopped White IPA

Flip Flopped IPA Label-Award_WEB.jpg

When you marry a Belgium Wit with an IPA, the love child tends to be a skinny legged, sun burned freckle faced beer pale as Johnny Winter but smooth as Barry White. Flipped Flopped White Socked is brewed with pilsner malt and wheat malt and strongly Hopped with Centennial, Cascade, Citra and Equinox hops. To make things more interesting we throw in Orange peel, Coriander and Juniper berries, which give a nice fruity and spicy touch. The result of all this madness is a refreshing wheat beer packed with citrus and fruity flavours and balanced with a nice hoppy bite. To be enjoyed in the company of blonds in white weddings.

One Love!!! Strange things happen when Ronald starts jamming, humming and drumming to the thick backbeat of reggae. All of the sudden the clouds part, sun breaks out and the Jah in his great mercy descends with a beer full of sunshine and happy vibes. The Jah Jah Rub a Dub Mango IPA is brewed with wheat and oat malts and hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra. Da mellow mood comes from mango that the Mad Professor threw in the mix. Irie!

Helvetin Hyvä Mutta Aika Perkeleen Tumma Black Metal Ale

Helvetin Ale Label-Logo_WEB.jpg

A dark beer with a very cool Finnish name! Ronald, our brewer has been living in Finland for almost 30 years and he thought it was time to give a beer a Finnish name. The beer is ink black, matching the dark winter months in Scandinavia. Heavy Metal and Black Metal are very popular in Finland and the Finns are very proud of that. That music style also fits the climate and the rugged landscape. The term "Helvitin Hyvä" sounds very devilish and hellish, but it is a well-known expression in Finland that means "Very Good" or in English "F**king Good!"

The beer is brewed with 6 hop varieties, 6 malt varieties and has been hopped 6 times! For the alcohol content, we have also chosen to give the beer 6.66% abv!

This Black Metal Ale is heading towards an Imperial Black IPA. It has a firm bitterness and the smell is very impressive. In this beer we used a lot of hops, which you notice in the complex smell. The aroma of licorice, herbs, raisins, forest scents and fruit are examples of what you will find in the smell and taste. A hint of coffee and chocolate can also be tasted in the long aftertaste. And yet this beer also remains very fresh despite all those dark sensations. So you can drink this beer with your "Head Banging friends"!
